Sitting in traffic is the worst. Many of us would do almost anything to avoid rush hour and drive home from a long day in peace. Today’s bail bond blog is about one driver that decided enough was enough and got extremely creative or shall we say extremely “interesting” in his solution.
This past week a fed up driver in Washington State pulled his vehicle into the carpool lane (HOV lane) so that he and his passenger could get to where they were going a little faster. Normally, this scenario would seem pretty harmless, except of course if your passenger really isn’t a passenger at all but rather a cardboard cutout of none other than the Dos Equis Beer’s most interesting man in the world. I can only imagine the look on the face of the officer. Needless to say, after a good chuckle, the police cited the man with a $124 ticket and told him never to use the most interesting man in the world as a carpool buddy again. The police did give the man some credit on Twitter later when they tweeted….
“I don’t always violate the HOV lane law…but when I do, I get a $124 ticket! We’ll give him an A for creativity! “
