This time, we jump across the pond to the UK, where a young man is being touted at the worst burglar ever. According to reports, after breaking into a home, the super genius decided to take a selfie on a stolen phone and post it on WhatsApp. This was all fun and games until the victim’s colleagues saw the post and contacted police. The man was arrested with a ton of stolen goods at his own home the next day.
The decision came down this week and the man was sentenced to 2 years and 8 months in jail. Next time he might want to hold back on the selfie until he has a phone of his own. Read the original story below.
