If you are a joker than April 1st is a day you probably look forward to every year.  If you are like the rest of us than it is a day you probably dread and can’t wait until it is over.  Whether it comes from a family member or a work colleague, you know that you are going to be on the receiving end of at least one stupid joke on the worst Hallmark holiday of the year…April Fool’s day.  And just for the record, this bail bond blog post is no joke at all.

In South Carolina, a woman took her April Fool’s Joke a little too far.  In fact, most people probably wouldn’t even classify what she did as a joke, but rather as just plain stupid.  According to authorities a woman called 911 said that she received a text from her mother claiming there was a shooting at a Spartanburg, South Carolina local school.  Police arrived at the school expecting a war zone but instead found nothing at all.  The woman then called back and said that she received another text claiming that the school shooting text was an April Fool’s Joke.    The police didn’t think it was so funny and have arrested the woman.  She was released on a bail bond and moving forward we hope that she uses better judgment on the other 364 days of the year and keeps her stupidity focused on only one day.   Read the original story below.
