Well this is a story you don’t hear everyday! An Arizona woman was recently acquitted of flashing underage boys at a bar mitzvah and allegedly performing sex acts on one of the teens. That sounds like quite a party!
Lindsey Ann Rodomski, 33, was found not guilty on all 18 misdemeanor counts. The jury took only a few hours to deliberate after the nearly seven-week trial. Wow! All for a bar mitzvah!
She originally faced up to six months in jail, a $2,500 fine and three years’ probation after being arrested last year on charges including public sexual indecency with contact and contributing to the delinquency of a child.
Originally, the cops said the yoga instructor invited seven boys, ages 11 to 15, into a bedroom at a bar mitzvah and flashed her new boob job at them. Sounds like the stuff of dreams for teenage boys!
She than reportedly allowed the boys to fondle her breasts and allegedly performed a sex act on the 15-year-old.
However, her attorney had a different version of events. They claimed she was drugged and doesn’t remember what happened, and was actually the victim, where the boys sexually assaulted HER.
It took seven entire weeks to prove to the jury that there just wasn’t enough evidence to convict her. We bet she is going to lay low from bar mitzvahs for the foreseeable future, though!
