Being a fugitive on the run has got to be a stressful situation. Just imagine having to look over your shoulder every place you go. And having to be non-discreet with every person you talk to. Because at any moment, all it takes is one slip up and someone can potentially recognize you and turn you in. So the best strategy is probably to stay out of site and avoid places with a lot of people. It would also be wise to avoid places that law enforcement might hang out at…you know, coffee shots, donut shops and of course fast food restaurants.
Unfortunately for a Kansas man, he wasn’t so careful. In fact, he was nabbed by local officers while going through the drive thru at a local McDonalds. Maybe it was the addictive lure of McDonald’s French fries or maybe it was just good police work. Either way, the man is held in jail on a $7500 bail bond. We heard through the grapevine that the man was sharing a local jail cell with the Hamburgler, who has been McDonald’s Public Enemy #1 since the 1970s. Mayor McCheese and Officer Big Mac were not available for comment. Read the original article below.
