Just a word of warning for all of you wanna-be criminals out there. When you get released from a holding cell after an arrest, maybe it’s not in your best interest to leave the cop shop and immediately steal a police car outside the building.

Mario Tiller, 37, definitely needs someone to explain this to him, though, because it’s exactly what he did.

Tiller was originally arrested when cops found him panhandling while drinking a half gallon of wine at a corner in town. The officer also noticed several small lacerations on his face at the time and he stated that he walked into a door. It was bad enough that the cops decided he might need stitches.

Police called for an ambulance, but upon arrival, Tiller allegedly groped a female paramedic and attempted to expose himself to her. He’s batting 0 for 2!

After continuing to cause a disturbance at the hospital, the police took him into custody. He remained in a holding cell for some time after finally being released with a citation.
Then things got even worse. He found an unmarked police Jeep running outside and drove away in it. Cops quickly realized what happened and caught him 23 minutes later.

Tiller is now facing charges for theft, receiving stolen property, indecent assault, open lewdness, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness. And to think he could have just walked away with a small ticket!
