This past weekend ExpertBail Agent Stephen Owens of Owens Bonding in Wichita, Kansas spoke with radio personality Gene Countryman of KNSS 1330 AM about the difference between bail bondsmen and bounty hunters.
Stephen is President of the Kansas Bail Agents Association and was joined in the interview by fellow KBAA member and Vice President Chris Fisher. The interview was in response to a recent shooting of a bounty hunter in Kansas. Stephen and Chris do a great job not only explaining the bail bond process to Mr. Countryman, but also in differentiating bail agents from bounty hunters.
