Dr. Robert Morris of the Univerisity of Texas at Dallas spoke with KRLD AM in Dallas about his recent study on the Dallas County criminal justice system. Dr. Morris’ study looked at the pretrial release of defendants in Dallas county over a 1 year period. The study examined over 22,000 releases, to deteremine the most effective form of pretrial release.
