In a recent Facebook video, Vice President Biden told the American people to buy their wives a shotgun.  If they ever felt threatened by an intruder, all they needed to do was to go outside and fire two shots into the air and it would scare the intruder away.  While this particular tactic might make some sense to some, to others, especially those in law enforcement,  it is actually a bad idea.  In fact, it could get you put in jail.  According to an anonymous sergeant with the Wilmington, Delaware Police Department, if someone were to follow the Vice President’s advice, they would probably be charged with aggravated menacing, a felony, and reckless endangering in the first degree.  In other words, you could be arrested, need a bail bond, and maybe pay a fine and do some jail time.  Thanks for the advice Joe.  Read the original story below.
