Okay, it is safe to say that we all at one point in time have taken a selfie on our smart phone. If you don’t know what a selfie is, it is when you hold your phone out and take a picture of yourself to then post on social media sites. Unfortunately, these selfies are never taken with a whole heck of a lot of thought and that is the topic of today’s bail bond blog post.
Most selfie controversy comes when people take a naked selfie…usually for a boyfriend or girlfriend…until of course they become an ex-boyfriend or girlfriend and that selfie becomes public viewing material. They call that revenge porn. Other times selfies can be a little less embarrassing and more incriminating. Take the recent case of a girl in Sweden who took a picture of herself before she committed a robbery at knifepoint. Eventually the photo was used as evidence to catch the girl.
