There is definitely something wrong with this woman… she was arrested recently in Tennessee after trying to take a body… out of a casket… during a funeral service!

Cynthia Ann Frierson, 36, was arrested after she ran from the funeral home. It didn’t take long for cops to find her, because her red pickup sideswiped two cars parked in front of a row of houses. Coincidently, another cop was responding to the accident call, when they realized the person they were with had just left the funeral home, causing quite a stir!

“Frierson showed up at the funeral home as they were actively having a funeral and walked up to the open casket. She then began grabbing at the body inside of the casket, and at one point, attempted to grab the body and get it out of the casket,” a witness told police.

Six people started attempting to pull her away from the casket, but she refused to leave. She was forcefully removed and taken outside of the funeral home.

When the cops showed up, Frierson smelled of booze and exhibited signs of being drunk. She completely denied driving to the funeral home and continually changed her story.

Things only got worse for her, as she was being booked at the police station. “While Frierson was speaking with booking staff, I looked into her right pocket to see what she had in the toilet paper and I could see a clear glass pipe inside of the paper,” an officer said.

Frierson was soon charged with disrupting a funeral or memorial service, public intoxication, driving on a revoked/suspended license, immediate notice of an accident and unlawful drug paraphernalia. She was held on a $6,500 bond.

We still want to know what in the world she was doing at the funeral home in the first place! It wasn’t even someone she knew!
