Bail Bonds and Tacos: Taco Tuesday in Texas, Don’t Forget to Bring Your Sword

Wednesday, December 11, 2013

crimes with swordsEverybody likes a good taco now and then, but finding a really good one can be a challenge.  One man in Texas did find a great taco, but unfortunately didn’t bring his wallet.  How he dealt with the dilemma is the topic of today’s bail bond blog post.

Earlier this week a San Antonio man got the midnight munchies and decided to go to his favorite taco restaurant.  He proceeded to order not one, not two, but six tacos.  The problem was that the man didn’t bring any money with him, but rather brought a big ole sword.  He demanded that the tacos be given to him for free or he would start killing people.  The restaurant weighed the options and smartly decided to give him the tacos.
The man was eventually tracked down by authorities and charged with aggravated assault.  He is currently being held on a $50,000 bail bond in San Antonio.  Since the incident, the restaurant has hung a new sign in the restaurant that reads “no shoes, no swords, no dice.” Just kidding, that actually doesn’t make any sense…it just sounded funny.  Read the original story below.
