Being a teenager is tough.  We have all been there and done that and if given the chance would probably never want to do it again.  Today’s bail bond blog post is about a High School Student who made a simple fashion mistake and is not paying a pretty steep emotional price.

This past week in Clay County, Florida, a young female student committed a simple fashion crime, or as the school refers to it, a dress code violation, and is paying a dear price.  That price, her reputation.  According to the USA Today reports, the young girl was called into the nurses office and forced to wear what the girls mom is calling a “Shame Suit.”  It consisted of a bright yellow shirt and red sweat pants both with the words, “Dress Code Violation” written in large black letters.  In other words, the most humiliating outfit a teenage girl starting a new school could ever imagine wearing.  After snapping a selfie of her new digs, the girl began to break down and break out in hives.  The mother has filed a complaint with the school and feels her daughter’s privacy rights were violated.

What do you think?  Was the Shame Suit the right punishment for the crime?  Watch the video and read the original article below.
