Another day, another Facebook Felony.  Today’s bail bond blog post is about a man who decided to let his ex know how he really felt about her on Facebook.  The problem is that what he said crossed the line.

Earlier this month a man was arrested for threatening his ex-girlfriend on Facebook. According to reports the woman received several Facebook messages from the Facebook account of the woman that she knew her ex was dating.  Based on the content and style of the messages, the woman knew that they were actually coming from her ex.  The woman claims that the messages were all violent and abusive in nature and that she was scared to even leave the house. At one point he posted, “I’ll poke your eyes out”…yeow…kinda scary.

The man pulled out the old, “I don’t really remember what I sent line because I was drinking” defense, but we aren’t sure the court was buying it.  When are people going to learn?  Mixing poor judgment, alcohol, ex-girlfriends and social media together is a recipe for disaster or in this case jail.  Next time you are drunk, stay away from Facebook and you won’t find yourself the subject of our Facebook Felony blog series.  Read the original article below.
