There is nothing you’ll find more dangerous than a woman who thinks she has been scorned! That was the case in this crime. When a woman believed her boyfriend was two-timing her with one of her girlfriends, she flew into a rage!
When 20-year-old Shannon Csapilla’s ex-boyfriend and her friend found that their cars had been keyed and their tires punctured, they had a pretty good idea who had done it. Unfortunately, she didn’t quite make her point when she spelt a word wrong in her friend’s car. She wrote the word “wore”, but since the cops figured that there should have been an “h” in the word, they believed they had arrived at a motive… jealousy!
Another thing that went against Csapilla is that she started sending harassing texts to her ex-boyfriend, and alluded to being responsible for the keyed cars. In one conversation, she finally admitted to doing it. Whoops!
Police requested Csapilla to come down to police headquarters, where she denied having anything to do with it. But after leaving, she took a picture of the building and put it up on Snapchat with the caption “Stamford police have nothing on me.” Unfortunately for her, one of the recipients of the message informed the cops of what she said and the police were able to obtain two arrest warrants and took her into custody.
She was eventually arrested for vandalizing her ex’s car, and her friend’s car. She was charged with two counts of first-degree criminal mischief and was released after posting a $10,000 court appearance bond. Additionally, she is prohibited from contacting her ex and her former friend until the case has been finalized.
