It might be every boys dream to have a Playboy themed party for his 18th birthday one day, but today’s bail bond blog post shows that it might not be all what its cracked up to be.  This past week, in San Diego California, one set of parents is rethinking their choice of party themes.  They decided to throw their 18 year old daughter a birthday bash for 200 of her closest friends.  The theme…Playboy…the ground rules…NONE WHATSOEVER.

Now it isn’t our place to say whether throwing a Playboy themed party for your 18 year old daughter’s birthday is a good idea or a bad idea, but thinking a little more closely about the catering and beverage menu might have been a good idea.  According to reports, the innocent idea of a Playboy Birthday (as if) quickly got out of control as the beverage choice shifted from juice boxes to wine boxes and who knows what else.  Eventually, the two parents were dealing with 200 drunk teenagers, probably a stained rug or two, and what can only probably be described as a whole lot of hormones.

Now the parents of course denied any wrongdoing and said that the party getting out of control had nothing to do with them.  As you can see from this pre-party tweet from mommy, referring to her daughter as the “Baddest Bitch in town…,” and telling her not to get arrested….they parents were probably just expecting a quiet party with cupcakes and maybe a playboy piñata.  Anyway, as you can imagine, the police showed up and the father, who is an attorney, was arrested and spent the night in jail.  No charges have been filed.  Bad parenting or bad party planning…you decide.  Read the original story below.
