Most of us, whether we like it or not, have been the unsuspecting victim of a baggy pants underwear sighting.  This happens when a young person decides that the world must see their underwear, so they wear their pants so low, that it leaves very little left to the imagination.  Most of the time, the perpetrator of this fashion crime is a young man.  Well ladies, it is now your turn to pull them up.  Now one town in Florida is putting the crosshairs on women.  This unusual sunshine state belly ban is the topic of today’s bail bond blog post.

Opa-locka, Florida is a town that is fed up.  It is fed up with pants being down…that is too low around the waist.  Back in 2007, they passed a by-law prohibiting young men from wearing their pants so low that the world could see their underwear.  Now it is focusing on the ladies.  Community leaders are passing a law that would make too much midriff illegal.  If women are caught showing too much belly and any sort of undies, they will be issued a $500 fine or given 25 hours of community service.  The town commissioner says that she fully supports the new ordinance after personally witnessing young children beg their mother to pull her pants up.  Nice.  Read the original story below.
