In-N-Out really just is that good! A Phoenix man was arrested after leading police on quite a car chase recently. In the middle of the chase, he decided it was the perfect time to stop at an In-N-Out Burger to swing through the drive-thru. Hey… police chases can make a person hungry!

Joshua Adkins, 35, appeared to order food through the drive-thru, but drove off abruptly and got out of his truck soon thereafter. Maybe his order was wrong?!

He then ran into a backyard and tried to enter a home through the backdoor, but when he was unsuccessful, he had no choice but to surrender to police, who were hot on his trail.

He was arrested and booked into jail on suspicion of unlawful flight from law enforcement, aggravated assault-domestic violence and unlawful imprisonment.

He could have at least waited for his meal before getting arrested!
