As most of us know, in some states it is illegal to talk on your cell phone while you are driving.  According to research, when people physically hold a phone, talk and drive, their ability to concentrate is diminished greatly.  So why do we do it?  Why do people need to be in communication constantly?  We can remember back when travelling, whether it be via car or airplane or bus, was the one time in your day that you couldn’t be disturbed… where you could really unplug and step away from the stress of the office…but no more.  We are able to talk, talk, talk anytime we want to….except of course, when we are behind the wheel of our car in Carson City, Nevada.

Just ask a Washoe Valley woman who got pulled over for talking on her cell phone.  During the traffic stop the cop received consent from the woman to search the car.  That is when all the trouble started.  The sheriff found a .22 revolver along with some methamphetamine, paraphernalia and cash.  The woman we eventually taken to jail and booked on a number of gun and drug charges as well as the old using a cell phone while driving.  We can only guess that the woman is seriously regretting talking to whoever she was, because if it wasn’t for the phone call, she probably wouldn’t be in jail.  Her bail bond was set at $43,811.  Read the original story below.
