With Halloween so close, we thought we would find a story that involved someone dressing up in a costume and ending up in jail.  Well, we are happy to report that in Petoskey, Michigan we found a great story that involved a cape crusader and a jail cell.

Earlier this week, a man, dressed as Batman, was arrested for obstruction of justice and resisting arrest.  According to authorities, the man was trying to assist officers in apprehending someone who had left the scene of a crime.  Unfortunately, the man was more of a distraction than a help and police finally had to arrest him.  The super hero wasn’t new to trouble with law enforcement as he had been arrested a few months earlier for a similar charge.  Read the original story below.
